Watertown Mixed-Use Project Approved

Arsenal Street, Watertown MA

CUBE 3 Studio’s Watertown mixed-use project on Arsenal Street has been approved. This 4-story development will house 297 units, 297 residential units, an 80-seat restaurant and a 33,000-square-foot market. After modifying the design to address some major concerns from the town, CUEB 3 Studio will continue to work with the residents to ensure that the project will become an integral part of the community.
