04 May Student Housing Business Innovator Awards Honor Exceptional Industry Projects and Programs
What a busy month April was, with all the excitement in the office – we were also thrilled to receive an award for the “Best Off-Campus Project Under 300 Beds” at the National Interface Student Conference Business Innovator Awards Gala in Austin Texas for our 257 Thayer Street project.
Located on the prominent Thayer Street, and opposite the Brown University bookstore, the development aims to give students an off-campus living experience within close proximity to campus.
This student housing development services students from both Brown University and Rhode Island school of Design, emphasizing all-inclusive living that allow students to share study lounges and private study rooms, computer room, fitness center, landscaped courtyard, clubroom with billiards, a garage and bike storage.
