Your Space + Our Process = A New Vision Comes Into View

Over the past several months, our interiors design team has been busy with multiple corporate renovations in and around the Boston area. We have had the opportunity to work closely with some great clients, including: Hitachi, Lowell Five, and Boston Properties.

While Phase I of the Hitachi renovations in Waltham, MA is underway, Phase II is already in the works. The renovations of the office spaces on the first floor are the beginnings for the relocation of the Hitachi offices. Additionally, Phase II brings a redesigned reception and conferencing area, open offices, private offices as well as a private Cafe space on the second floor.

We are excited to be involved in a three story renovation for the corporate head quarters of Lowell Five Bank that will include the Lobby space, a Boutique Banking and business center as well as offices on the upper levels. Our design goals are to work with the Client to put a contemporary spin on the traditional banking setting.

Boston Properties: 420 Bedford Street – Lexington Office Park

Finally, our work with Boston Properties has been busy and exciting. Between test fits and lobby re-positioning projects, we’re bringing modern amenities to existing properties, and working to design great communal and café spaces for tenants.
