12 Oct Modera Medford Under Construction
Modera Medford is well into construction with an expected completion date of Summer 2017. One of the challenges with the site was working with the soil to create a solid foundation for the project. The precast concrete garage was completed at the beginning of 2016 and the clubhouse is beginning to take shape. The clubhouse is expected to turn over in the Spring of 2017. Currently the exterior materials, including the brick, are going up as the team continues to work through the 5 Phases project schedule. Nick Griffin, CUBE 3 Studio Project Manager, has been working with Mill Creek from the beginning of the Design Process through the current stages of construction.
