24 Jun Completion: The Watson
We were so proud to attend the ribbon cutting ceremony for The Watson on June 24, 2019. We first announced the project in 2017 and with the support of Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker have worked diligently with Winn Companies to create a mix of affordable, middle-income, and market-rate multifamily housing to Quincy, a neighborhood just eight miles south of Boston.
The Watson includes four stories of 140 units (studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments) complete with 246 podium parking spaces, a fitness center, lounge, club room, outdoor patio and courtyard. We paid close attention to the history of the neighborhood while adding contemporary modern designs to both the interior and exterior finishes.
