Throwback to ULM 2003

Throwback to ULM 2003

Shortly after CUBE 3 was founded in 2003, Founding partners, Nik Middleton, RIBA and Brian O’Connor landed their first major project with the University of Louisiana at Monroe (ULM). Partnering with JPI Development, and forever friends of CUBE 3, Warren Burke and Roger Phillips, the project was a huge success and helped set the tone for the growth of the firm. As the largest private student housing development in the country at the time, the win encompassed master planning, architecture and interior design for 6 new residence halls, 3 hall renovations, and included 1,250 beds and over 420,000 GSF. We will never forget the strength of the team that pulled off this herculean effort and are grateful that our relationships have only gotten stronger with time.
