25 Feb Modera New Rochelle Construction Progress
It’s exciting to see these aerial construction update photos from New Rochelle Development. The Modera New Rochelle project is progressing at an incredible speed, and as always, we look forward to keeping an eye on every phase of the build.
The Modera New Rochelle By Mill Creek Residential will include 334 studio, one- and two-bedroom superbly appointment apartments. All will be built to NAHB Green Building Standards and include some incredible community amenities including a spacious rooftop deck offering views of New York City and Long Island, an outdoor swimming pool, comfortable seating areas, a dog park with an adjacent pet spa, a barbecue area, and an outdoor theater. Additional amenities include a resident clubhouse, demonstration kitchen, game room, conference room, coffee bar, and a club-quality fitness center with yoga/Pilates studio, group fitness area, and TRX® system. The high-end lobby Café will be operated by a distinguished New Rochelle establishment and will be available for resident and public use. Finally, residents will have access to digital package lockers, controlled-access parking, dedicated bike storage, and additional storage space.
