There is an incredible team assembled to begin work on the former United Hospital site in Port Chester, NY. Plans have been submitted for what will be an exciting mixed-use property on Boston Post Road. Comprised of multifamily housing including affordable units and senior independent and assisted living units, the plans include a 120-room hotel, 18,159 square feet of street-level space for commercial, retail and restaurant uses, and 1,020 parking spaces. Additionally, plans call for a half-acre of greenspace that the multifamily buildings would surround. We look forward to working with Boston Post Road Owner LLC, Rose Associates, BedRock Real Estate Partners, and SLR Consulting on this project.
