Revitalization of the Lowell Canal System

CUBE 3 has been at home in the Merrimack Valley region of Massachusetts since we opened our doors nearly 20 years ago. Lowell, a neighboring city to Lawrence, has seen incredible growth over its 200 year history, which began with a groundbreaking canal system that transformed the landscape and became the source of power for the city’s new textile mills. Today, the canal system is still thriving and progress continues to be evident in the development of the Hamilton Canal Innovation District. CUBE 3 is proud to be working on several of the sites in the Innovation District, including a new parking garage, a mixed use building at the Lowell locks, and a residential canal-front building.
