25 Aug Riverside Wharf Miami Approved!
Project Update! Riverside Wharf, our newest project in Miami, was granted a land lease extension in a special election this week, moving the waterfront hospitality-driven entertainment complex forward and ensuring the Miami River District is poised to become a world-class entertainment destination. 60 percent of Miami voters approved the extension. Plans include a $185 million luxury hotel from the Dream Hotel Group, and a two-tower, 16,000-square-foot restaurant complex with a nightclub, rooftop day club and event hall, all connected to an exclusive deep-water marina designed to accommodate mega yachts traveling into the area.
