Working with Capstone Properties, we’ve brought this lobby back to life and created a more engaging experience for all tenants. By reconfiguring the stair and opening the circulation path, we were able to engage the new cafe and conference center more directly with the lobby.  This shift also allowed for a direct exterior connection and a space that creates a place for the greater building community to come together. The fitness center, two-story lobby and three story internal atrium, were also integral parts of this renovation.
