Dream Bourbon Hotel

About This Project

Dream Bourbon Hotel

Louisville, KY

Dream Louisville will have 168 impeccably designed guest rooms and suites, four original food and beverage concepts, including a signature restaurant, rooftop lounge and 10,000 square feet of private meeting and event space.

The Dream Louisville Bourbon Hotel will be connected to the Frazier Kentucky History Museum, the official starting point of the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. Originally built in 1888 as the Tapp Leather Building, we are restoring the historic façade of this property in the heart of the Louisville museum district. The ground floor will feature a lobby bar, a café, plus a signature restaurant. A suite of luxury amenities including a pool deck and fitness area will be on level 5, and an event space will be on level 9.
