Considered the “Southern Gateway” to Miami’s Design District, Tower 91, will be a preview for onlookers of the magical alchemy of art, fashion, architecture, and gastronomy that epitomizes the creative spirit and global appeal of the Design District.
The architectural treatment of the podium parking garage will be designed by a world-class artist and will continue in the Design District’s tradition of turning common areas and features into artistic focal points throughout the neighborhood.
Tower 91 is a high-quality mixed-use development, and will include 107 residential units, amenities, 21,821 sq ft of commercial space, and 227 parking spaces.
